excellent location lively atmosphere fresh fruit good coffee
The location was excellent near the Douro River, providing easy access to main attractions. The riverfront area had a lively atmosphere during the day, then it became peaceful at night. I stayed in room 2/2, a very nice room! The breakfast was included and featured fresh fruit, good coffee, and fresh orange juice.
The parking was public and located a few blocks away. Though it was just a 5 minute walk.

The reception staff offered excellent assistance with city tours using a city map. A young lady from Cordoba, Argentina, provided useful tips for exploring the city and using elevators. I found her recommendations very helpful.

A lift provides access to all floors, helpful, as i was on a higher level. Free wifi is available throughout the hotel, which i found reliable. Air conditioning units are in both rooms.

riverside reverie
spacious apartment breakfast terrace live music perfect location
the room provided such space, it really seemed like a home. breakfast happened on the terrace each morning. the buffet included many options. the live music was a lovely touch, it added to the romantic ambiance.
Finding a parking spot nearby proved a little tricky. Though the location was perfect! the street closure made access slightly inconvenient.

Really good Riverfront Stay
amazing view friendly staff
The room had floor-to-ceiling windows. I appreciated the river view. The staff was friendly. They were also accommodating. The hotel has a convenient location right on the river.

An Acceptable Stay
fresh fruits good coffee high noise shutter problem
The breakfast included fresh fruits. Good coffee was also available each morning. I liked that fresh orange juice was available and bread was nice. The staff maintained a professional, friendly and kind attitude, especially at the reception.
The shutters in my room let in a lot of light. It was difficult to sleep properly in the room. The noise level in the room was also quite high. I was disappointed, as I expect soundproofing.
